This was the first book I read after going through massive depression in 2016. That period fo my life was my lowest low. I had moved back home, had almost given up on applying for college teaching positions, and was worried TO DEATH about what the future held. I did all this work...what happened if I didn't get the college teaching gig? I couldn't sleep, every day was miserable, and I felt like a failure.
There were some moments when reading this book when it brought it all into focus for me. I realized making myself sick and miserable wasn't helping anything.
It's a must read for anyone who is constantly consumed with worry or fearing what their future will bring.
